Pak Soii Eatery have been busy serving up authentic Thai street food since they opened at The Crossing last month, and we can report it is SO GOOD! Beef and pork broths go on at first light, the pork bacho is hand-rolled for that perfect snap, and the charcoal grill serves up incredible smoky flavour. Every dish made to order.
Whether you`re going in for a steaming bowl of khao soi or a plate of moo ping fresh off the grill, this is the real deal — Thailand`s streets, right here at The Crossing.
