Gift cards are valid for 36 months from purchase. If they don’t spend the full amount, the remaining balance carries over until the expiry date. After that, any unused amount is forfeited. Cards can’t be reloaded, refunded, or exchanged for cash. If it’s lost or stolen, we’re unable to replace it—so do encourage your recipient to treat it with the same care they’d give their favourite jacket.
No. The eGift holds the funds digitally, but it needs to be exchanged for a physical card at our Customer Service Desk before it can be used in stores. The swap is quick—it just keeps everything secure. Plan your visit.
