Sometimes, the most powerful movements begin with something simple.

A Tee.

A message.

A moment.

Breast Cancer Cure are celebrating the 10th Edition of their famous Tees for A Cure with a limited Pop Up at The Crossing. From the 17th – 19th April this limited edition collection will be available for purchase exclusively in Christchurch at our Pop Up Shop located in The Crossing and online with all proceeds supporting breast cancer research in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Every tee sold supports Kiwi scientists working on earlier detection, better treatments, and ultimately, a future free from the fear of breast cancer.

This year’s campaign brings together 18 leading New Zealand designers: Augustine, Carlson, Coop, Cooper, Curate, Federation, Hailwood, Karen Walker, Kathryn Wilson, Kiri Nathan, Moochi, Repertoire, Stella+Gemma, Storm, Superette, Trelise Cooper, Tuesday and Yvonne Bennetti.

Captured through the striking editorial lens of photographer Holly Sarah Burgess, our editorial campaign stars model Erilyn Dagan from Red Eleven, with visionary styling by Dan Ahwa. This visionary campaign blends high fashion with heartfelt purpose and was supported by a diverse cast of amazing New Zealanders including Miriama Kamo, Lorraine Downes, Te Kohe Tuhaka, Huriana Manuel, Mo Nasir and Amanda Bransford, among others, reflecting the collective strength and purpose behind funding vital research to find a cure for breast cancer in New Zealand.

From Friday 17th to Sunday 19th April 2025, The Crossing will host a vibrant hub of style and purpose, showcasing the latest Tees for a Cure pop-up — a must-visit destination where limited-edition design meets life-saving impact.

18 DESIGNERS. ONE POWERFUL CAUSE.

This year’s campaign builds on the incredible legacy of Tees for a Cure — now in its landmark tenth edition — bringing together 18 of New Zealand’s most influential designers in one powerful collaboration.

Each piece is more than just fashion. It’s a statement. A story. A symbol of hope.

With pricing ranging from $59 T-shirts, $69 Long Sleeve Tees and premium hoodies and sweatshirts both $99, the collection ensures there is a design and style for everyone.

As Breast Cancer Cure’s Christchurch Brand Partner through 2027, hosting this event at The Crossing is more than a pop up — it’s a celebration of community coming together for change.

With over 3,700 New Zealanders diagnosed with breast cancer each year and one woman diagnosed every three hours — the urgency is real. This year’s campaign is about community, creativity, and coming together to make a difference.”

WHY THIS MOMENT MATTERS

This campaign goes beyond awareness. It’s about action.

For over 28 years, Breast Cancer Cure has been funding groundbreaking research right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand — investing millions into projects with the aim of transforming outcomes for future generations. When you buy one of these tees, you’re directly supporting the researchers working on breakthroughs that could change everything.

This is what makes Tees for a Cure so powerful.

Not everyone can attend a fundraiser or make a major donation.

But everyone can wear a tee.
