Welcome back to The Crossing!

After being in lock down for 7 weeks who else can’t wait to get outside, enjoy some Autumn sun and visit the shops again?

We are excited to welcome back all bubbles to The Crossing under Alert Level 2. Our staff have been working around the clock to make sure that The Crossing offers a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers. To help with with everyone’s safety we have implemented the following:

• additional cleaning and sanitizing of high touch areas such as lift buttons, door handles and car park pay machines
• cafes, restaurants and retail stores will have contact tracing. Handy tip – make sure you have a pen in your bag to avoid sharing!
• reminders to practice physical distancing outside of your bubble

Whilst we can’t wait to see you back, please remember to Play It Safe and if you are feeling unwell please leave your visit to The Crossing until you are feeling better.

The Crossing will be open from 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Some stores may be trading slightly different hours, so we recommend checking with your favourites on our Store Directory.
