As an essential service FreshChoice City Market remains open from 7am – 10pm, seven days a week. Access to FreshChoice City Market is from the Lichfield Street entrance, opposite the Bus Exchange.

Entry is between 7.00am – 10.00pm, 7 days a week.
Exit at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days. Keep your parking ticket with you so you can pay at any of our ticket kiosks in the first-floor lobby before you return to your car.
Flat rate for first two hours, for any stay between 0 and 120 minutes a flat rate of $2 applies*
After the first 2 hours it’s $2 per half hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of $16 per day.*
Maximum charge is $6 if you enter after 4.30pm any day of the week and exit before 6am the following day.*

There are two ways to pay –the pay machines and pay wave at the carpark exitPay machines are located in the Level 1 and Level 2 lobbies. If you use the pay machines, at the carpark exit the system registers that you’ve paid and the exit barrier arm will automatically lift. Drive out without putting your ticket in the exit column.
Pay wave on exit
When exiting the building, simply drive to the carpark exit in the normal way. At the carpark exit, put your ticket in the exit column and the system will tell you the amount owning on the screen. Hold your pay wave card over the reader (this lights up when the ticket is inserted) and it will debit your card. The barrier arm will lift and you can exit.
After hours access
To retrieve your car out of hours, take your parking ticket with you and type the pin number on your parking ticket into the pin pad next to the entry ramp on Lichfield Street alternatively, use the pin pad next to the after-hours door in Addison Lane (service lane off Lichfield Street and adjacent to Freshchoice CityMarket).
